If we need to contact you we will do so by writing to you at the email address or calling you at the phone number provided to us in your order.
Alert
For regular service, clothes are prepared within a maximum of 24 hours from the time of receipt unless the
employee specifies otherwise.
After ninety days, the consumer will be contacted and given a ten-day period before we destroy the product.
Your clothes are a trust with us, but in the event of their loss or damage for reasons beyond our control
we will compensate you appropriately.
In the event of damage to the clothes or any comments, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Please ensure that the clothes are free of any personal belongings as we will not be responsible for their loss.
Please ensure that you receive the invoice for your clothes delivery and compare it with what you delivered to avoid any errors.
